Hi there, I’m Winnie

I’m a neurodivergent creative who loves cozy games, soft routines, and building gentle corners of the internet.
Hello, it’s Winnie is where my interests live. While my main site (winniexyong.com) is my curated editorial space, this one feels more like my digital bedroom — a little looser, a little more spontaneous, and centered around what I’m actually enjoying in real time.
You’ll usually find me:

  • Playing comfort games late at night
  • Exploring GeoGuessr and digital maps
  • Rearranging my cozy desk setup
  • Thinking about creativity, structure, and energy as an AuDHD adult
  • Finding ways to make everyday life feel softer

Gaming has always been more than entertainment for me. It’s regulation. It’s connection. It’s how I unwind, process, and sometimes even feel brave. Some of my favorite moments happen in quiet sessions — controller in hand, plushies nearby, world paused just enough to breathe.
This space isn’t about performance or optimization. It’s about documenting what I love, what I’m learning, and what feels grounding in the moment.
If you’re a creative, a gamer, or someone who’s building a life that feels softer and more intentional — I’m glad you’re here 🤍

More About Me

Here are some more facts about me!

I’ve been living in Delaware since 2005, when my family and I moved here from Dallas, Texas. I’ve moved a total of three separate times in-state, minus a short 6-month stint back in Dallas from July 2021-February 2022.

I am also currently in a long distance relationship (since October 2023, minus a month separation). We are about 200 miles apart (he lives in Rhode Island), so for a short time (June-August 2024) I would travel back and forth constantly to see him. I am on a waitlist for an apartment, and will finally live together when I am at the top of the list.

I am a Scorpio sun, Cancer moon, and Pisces rising. I’m also an ISFJ-T and my Enneagram type is 1.

I am autistic and have ADHD. That makes me AuDHD, a term for people who have both neurodiversities. My autism makes me love routine, and it makes me very particular about certain aspects, especially when it comes to design, which can be both a blessing and a curse (a blursing? Curessing?). My ADHD is more spontaneous, and makes it difficult to focus on one thing (as well as sit still), but it also makes me much more focused and goal-driven. This is also a blessing and a curse, because I can’t get something out of my head until I finally have achieved that goal or have obtained that item through shopping. This has made financial things very difficult for me, but I am learning how to better control my impulses.

I have been dabbling very loosely in spiritual things such as tarot, oracle reading, and crystals. I find it very grounding, but I know for a fact I definitely need more practice. I also have an interest in travel, geography, cute things such as plushies, Hello Kitty (and things of that nature) and learning about different cultures.

I do not have any pets, but I would love to one day have a dog and a cat.

My favorite place that I’ve ever traveled to is Japan. I loved seeing the sights in Tokyo, Kyoto, and Osaka, and would love to go back to Japan to explore Hokkaido and the southern part of the main island.

A few places I would definitely love to visit are Norway, particularly near Trondheim, and Iceland. I would also love to see Croatia, Italy, the United Kingdom, Portugal, and Germany, as well as Singapore (I was born there and lived there until I was 5 years old before immigrating over to the States). I would also love to revisit Los Angeles (thanks to my obsession with playing GTA V Online) and Hawaii.

A few of the games I’ve been playing lately are…

  • Grand Theft Auto V Online- the online MMORPG section of the popular game Grand Theft Auto V.
  • Geoguessr- a browser game where you have to guess where you are in the world.
  • Peak- a coop game about climbing a mountain.
  • Skyrim- the best selling 2011 role-playing game from Bethesda where you play as the Dovahkiin, the last Dragonborn.
  • Fallout 4- the 4th game in the Fallout series which takes place in Boston and around New England.
